Once your order has been placed, we need to craft your piece since it is being made especially for you. We estimate around 6 weeks before shipping so make sure you plan accordingly!
Once your order has been placed, we will get it processed within 1-3 business days. Once it has been shipped you can expect to receive your package within 3-5 days in the US, 7-10 in Canada and 7-14 within the rest of the world. However, once your package has been shipped off, we cannot guarantee shipping timelines as there may be delays that are out of our hands.
There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Their does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Returns & Exchanges
If you are not happy with your pieces from Their, we kindly ask that you contact us within 14 days of receiving your package.
Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer - We are working to offer free returns soon :)
Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.
Made to Order pieces are not returnable.
If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of the order being placed.
Please ensure to include in the subject line ‘change order’ or ‘cancel order’ and your order number. We will do everything possible to sort out your request.
Please note Their cannot issue a refund to a method of payment that is different from the one used to place the order. Upon receiving your returned item, it will take up to 3 business days to process and send you a return confirmation email. Once the return is processed, it will take around 5-10 business days for the funds to reappear on your end.
When not wearing your jewelry, be sure to store it in the pouch provided or a safe jewelry box that can keep your pieces dry and free from accidents. This helps prevent scratching and maintain color for vermeil and silver pieces.
To keep your piece looking its best, gently rub the surface with a polishing cloth. Don’t forget to remove your jewelry when showering and applying scents, lotions and sprays.
TLC for your pieces is always needed! To keep your 14K pieces shining and looking new, scrub lightly with a fresh toothbrush and warm water. Make sure to rinse away any excess residue.
Just make sure to avoid using harsh shower gels or scrubs when in the shower that can potentially scratch the pieces.
If this happens, we would like to first off send our apologies! We work hard to make sure all of your pieces are quality checked and sent out accordingly.
